Lionstone Construction was founded on the principle of value for money, where we take pride in looking after the interests of each client and maintaining high quality workmanship at each stage of the build.
We are based in Surrey and Enfield covering Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Surrey and the Greater London area. Specialising in residential build works, basements, new builds, shop/restaurant fit outs and independent project management consulting.
At Lionstone Construction we work with a small, carefully selected trades team, ensuring our honest, professional and caring values are upheld. All of our trades are fully insured, qualified and licensed in their field and registered with relevant governing authorities which gives our clients peace of mind they have chosen the right builder for their project.
Every build is fully project managed, allocated with a site manager, with all work guaranteed and one point of contact throughout the build. Before the start of each project clients receive a detailed quote and an outline programme of works.

Initial Enquiry
One point of contact, where we talk through what stage of the project you’re at and answer any queries you have.
Site Visit
We visit your site to detail what you the client requires, help make suggestions, informing you what we offer and gather all relevant info to produce a preliminary quote.
Quote Development
We will produce a detailed preliminary quote from all information you have provided. Then if needed go through tailoring the quote to any changes you would like to make, in order to fit your budget.
Pre-Start

Mobilisation
Site security is constructed, all HSE and welfare facilities are established then equipment, labour and trades arrive to begin work.
